Turf can yellow for a handful of reasons. The common ones are underwatering or watering at the wrong rhythm; missed or wrong-spec fertiliser; the root mat not being pressed firm into the soil at installation, so it dries out from below; or one of a few fungal diseases that hit warm-climate grasses.
To prevent it, follow the maintenance schedule our team provides. If you've tried that and the problem persists, contact us and we'll diagnose the specific cause on your site.
