Bursa sits between the Marmara coast and the Uludağ mountains, with a climate that runs hotter through summer than the highlands but cooler through winter than the Aegean. The result is a turf brief that needs both cold tolerance and heat resilience. Tahoma 31 Bermuda is a good fit for residential and corporate sites in Nilüfer, Osmangazi and Yıldırım; Paspalum performs well closer to the Mudanya coast. We deliver to the OSB industrial parks, to corporate campuses, and to the residential developments climbing the hills around Bursa — fresh-cut from our Menderes fields, with the install team running the same standards we apply on the coast.
